Seeking A Loan with Creative Financing Bankruptcy Friendly

I am trying to purchase a home in MD. I filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy discharged Sept 8 2015. Included in the bankruptcy was a property that was foreclosed. Unfortunately, the bank didn't transfer the property and deed until June of 2016.

I am seeking a lender that will relax the "seasoning period" for the foreclosure and allow the seasoning period of the bankruptcy to superseded foreclosure. Is that possible?

I have 15% available cash to purchase, solid 20+ years work history, above $150k salary and reestablished credit history with a 640-670 FICO scores and documented FHA back to work program extenuating circumstances. In addition my name is clear in CAVIRS. My previously defaulted home loan was a conventional mortgage. All other credit was ok the home medical bills and subsequent divorce forced foreclosure. My goal is to purchase in the early to mid fall 2016.

Thanks in advance for any details or information you can provide.
