What are your thoughts on providing a $2K allowance on a fix/flip to a potential buyer to outfit a home with appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave) vs. installing appliances before you list it for sale?

yes, you must include appliances. the kitchen sells the house, gaps where the stove goes is like a kardasin(fill in your pop star here) with missing teeth
