I'm in the Bergen county area which is relatively close to Newark. My contractor is P Maio Construction, a google search can get you his contact info or pm me for his number. Owner is Perry.
He does a ton of residential and commercial work and is a fellow real estate investor. Tell him I sent ya, he'll take care of you.
