Anyone have good recommendations for refinancing lenders?

Hey everyone,

I'm looking to make contact with some lenders in regards to cash-out refinancing. I want to BRRRR a property (and hopefully many more in the future) but I want to get my ducks in a row in regards to refinancing. Can you recommend some lenders? Do the big box lenders (Like Quicken Loans) serve well for cash-out refinancing?
