Canadian looking for US Multi-Family Financing

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post so a little of my background... I am currently a full time business owner and part time real estate investor in Toronto, Canada. For the last few years I have been taking the majority of my earnings and purchasing residential real estate. I have since decided to leverage against or sell all of my current holdings to get into Multi Family Real Estate in the US (more specifically Florida). Im starting to put my resources together but before I start building a team I need some advise on funding deals. I am looking to get 75%-80% LTV the roadblock here is that I am a Canadian citizen and not a US resident or citizen. Can anyone help?
