Attention MH Investors (Especially Florida)! Important Question

Florida seems to require you to have a physical business address that is large enough to park mobiles homes in order for you to get a dealer's license to sell mobile homes. The dress cannot be a personal residence, and must be zoned for the commercial dealer use. Would this apply even if I am only buying in mobile home parks and NOT moving them? I have talked to different state officials, with various results. Do any of you know about this requirement? Do other states require the same? Thanks for your help.
