Let's hang out in Kansas City MO 7/7

Hi All, Happy 4th! Hope you're having a good time with your families and friends. I'll be visiting Kansas City (Missouri side) this weekend to check out a property and meet a turnkey operator. I'll be free on the evening of the 7th and would love to hang out with some local investors in a more casual setting!
