My business partner and I recently flipped our first house together. I had previously built my own home, and had alot of leftover supplies. I estimate that i contributed $1,500 in materials (tile, paint, electrical wiring, plumbing fixtures, etc.) to this flip. Am i able to deduct that from my share of the income in this flip?
