Newbie - Madison, Wisconsin / Minneapolis, Minnesota

My name is Eric Schmid and I am new to BP. I am almost 21 years old. I'm from Madison, WI, but am currently attending school in Minneapolis. I have been doing a fair amount of reading and have listened to nearly all of the BP podcasts. I found BP after a friend mentioned that podcasts can be an awesome way to learn and soon after searching, I came upon BP. 

As of now, I hope to get involved with real estate by helping an investor in any way possible. I would particularly enjoy learning the skills necessary to rehab properties.

My initial goal in real estate is to househack a fourplex after graduating from college. From there, I will focus on single family homes and multi-unit properties.
