Guy in the Truck or Professional Vendor?

Everyone is going to predictably say "oh they must be licensed and insured and bonded!" (I don't even know what 'bonded' means)

Me? Craigslisters with a truck all day long. I only used licensed people when they're doing work that the city has already pointed out as requiring a permit (since you need a lic to pull most permits).

That said... I make sure everyone doing work for me is doing so correctly and to code.

I'm sure someone will say "well what happened when an anvil falls on someone's head and you get sued?" Well, by the time that ever happens I've likely saved $1m in labor costs so I'll keep dice rolling
