Renting four bedrooms in high traffic area

I am working on renting out a 4 bed 2 bath remodeled unit in a popular area of Omaha but am struggling to find qualified renters for the unit. Most individuals in the area are looking for 1 or 2 beds. It would be great to get feedback from the BP community on what I could do to improve the listing. See what I found on #Zillow! https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3419-Dewey-Ave-3423-Omaha-NE-68105/2094147772_zpid Thanks!

I'd try to sell it, take your money and buy in western Omaha.  Fewer issues, stronger applicants, and an appreciating asset.
