I'm glad joining this place. And I'm really looking forwards sharing and learning with everyone here who has same interests on real estate investment. 

I work with residential deals mainly. I'm looking for networking with real estates professionals not only from bay area but also all over the world. I have experience of owning rental property in silicon valley and Austin, TX. I enjoy doing market analysis. I would like to share mine experience and I also want to hear yours!

I like micro home and interior design. My dream living space is building a 500 sq.ft in-laws unit in the backyard and renting out the main house.
