Looking to buy wholesale North New Jersey

Hello everyone,

I am looking to invest in North Jersey area and interested in buying wholesale property for flip. Anyone have any deals in hand or know anyone that they can introduce me to? Usually i try to do my own marketing and purchase but i have been so busy with work and family also its just so time consuming and i think it may be better to go this route. It can be commercial, residential, mutliple family, mixed use whatever. Would love to hear from you guys.
