Best book or links for educating myself on rehabs?

Question

my goal is to BRRRR and to stop writing 25% down checks for my properties.

What books do you recommend i read first to learn the fastest?  Audio book options?

Links here or websites?

Yes and no...  If you purchase on BP, you can get the PDFs to download to Kindle, but not Kindle files.  To do that, once you purchase just send support an email asking for the direct links to download to Kindle.  They (or I) will respond with the direct links/URLs to the PDFs...

If you want the Kindle version of the Flipping book, it's available on Amazon.  Unfortunately, the Estimating book has a lot of tables/charts, so it didn't convert well to Kindle...for that reason, we don't have a Kindle version of that book.

Having bought the paperback book, how do i get a digital copy of the various spreadsheets included in the book?

The negotiating book is only available through Amazon, not BiggerPockets. The flipping book is available through BiggerPockets, but only in paperback and PDF formats. The Kindle version of the flipping book is available on Amazon.

Quick answer... If you want the Kindle version of the flipping book, I would suggest getting it right off of amazon.com.

Thanks @J Scott. I was in the market for another of your books. The flipping book to be exact. I just finished your book on negotiating. It was a good read and good for all manners of work. I downloaded it to kindle directly but wanted to see if it could be done that way through BP.
