ISO Tax Strategist & Financial Advisor

Investor looking for a tax strategist, financial advisor, CPA in GA (Georgia)! I am a multi-property landlord, flipper, vacation rental proprietor among other things as well. I am in Coastal Georgia but don't mind searching outside by area for a good tax strategist who can help me as I change some of my investment strategies and try new things. I need someone who knows Georgia tax laws, and the financial advisor should be fee based. I like my accountant but he is not proactive in helping me plan for my future and expanding my investing portfolio. I have other Investments as well and we'll just like a professional to go over what I'm doing and how I'm doing it and help me reduce as much taxes as I can.
