I finally have my first rental income

My wife and I finally have our first rental property. It's a small building on a plot of land next to our house and a lady is running their salon out of it for $600 a month. It's enough to pay our mortgage and the insurance on the building and it pays for just about all of our electric bill every month. ( our house and the building are on one bill) we are very excited and are now keeping our eyes open for our second opportunity. We are currently trying to secure a HELOC on our home. Thank you BiggerPockets for helping me on this journey!
