Property Management in Cleveland Ohio

Hi All,
I am about to close on a multifamily (2 building) total of 24 units in Cleveland, Ohio. These buildings are currently vacant (one started a rehab and is missing the finishes, and one is gutted). This is a multifamily rehab project. I am currently at the due diligence period have 10 days to close) and I am looking for a great management company that can, manage this rehab and then manage the complex. The company must be one with experience in multifamily complexes and must be managing at least a few hundred units.
