Newbie in Spartanburg SC Area
Hello Bigger Pockets. My name is Travis Bobo and i am a newbie investor in the Spartanburg SC area. I am currently reading every real estate book that i can get my hands on, and scouring the town and the internet for my first deal. I am looking to buy and hold properties so that i can eventually enjoy the freedom that real estate investment brings.
The Bigger Pockets community already been a great help to me. I look forward to contributing what i can.

I live in Asheville, but this year have been purchasing in Spartanburg. Everything I buy cash flows decent, but I'm speculating good appreciation over the next few years. I have three multifamily and two single family at the moment.
I'd be happy to answer any questions or help analyze any deals for you. I currently make 100% of my income from investment property.
