Hard Money Lending for Buy and Hold

Hi,

I recently inherited a free and clear 3/2 sfh along with my siblings. My siblings are pushing for a sale but I would like to keep the house and use as rental property. I was thinking I can use hard money to buy them out and for repairs. Are there any hard money lenders that would loan money for this purpose? I am in Savannah, GA. Any advice will help. Thank you
