Has anyone had an good or bad experience with RENTLER.COM?

I Just started to use Rentler.com to process some of my tenant payments, they are doing a great job and I am very satisfied. However I am wondering if people have had more experience with them than I have. The system seems very smooth but I have not used some of their other services, such as application process, back grounds checks, etc.
