My Listing is Declined by Zillow

Hey,

I am trying to rent a property by listing it on Zillow. When I filled out the rental listing, it says it was declined by Zillow, Trulia and one other site. I looked on the Zillow help area and it wasn't helpful. It said there unit could already be listed or the house might be for sale - none of which are true.

Could it be that it says 'Declined' until they have it up and running on the site? Any other ideas why my listing would be declined?
