Have any of you used LendingTree to get pre-approved for a mortgage for any of your investment properties?
Is this a good tool to use to find a mortgage?

Cody Jensen while Lending Tree is a platform that has been around for many years, I recommend that you work with a local lender instead. Relationship is a big plus IMHO.
Start asking some of your circle of relationships for recommendation and contact a couple of those and pick one to work with.
