I have a few SFR’s In south Florida. I just signed a new tenant at one with the rent being 1,425. It seems a lot to ask a tenant to come up with first, last and security with these rent amounts what they are. Any suggestions ???

Be aware of your state/city/county landlord laws and what you are allowed to charge at move in for a security deposit. In AZ, the limit is 1.5x the rent but I believe FL has no limit as a state, though your county may have one. Maybe you can just ask for 1st month and security deposit.
