Thinking about the sears home warranty. The one that's $70.00 a month with a deductible upon visit, accompanied with $10,000 worth of damage per year. This covers appliances and home care like electric, plumbing, Air condition, etc. Worth it or not.

If you have no money in savings that you could pay a Plummer, HVAC, etc. then I do recommend a home warranty. However, there are many things they don't cover, and sometimes waiting for their services is harder than just calling someone yourself. If you have a decent savings account, then I wouldn't recommend a home warranty company.
