Strategy for buying trailer on my land

I bought the land but the seller lost the trailer to a tax sale.     The guy who bought the trailer thought he wanted to relocate it until he learned that the moving cost exceeds the trailers value.    Now he wants more than the trailer is worth to sell it to me.   What might I do to apply pressure so he will sell for a reasonable number?
