Does anyone know of a great property management company near Dayton for a large multifamily (+68 units)?

Thanks!

@Melissa N. I dont know of anyone but here in Pittsburgh I run a property management firm and I can give you some advice on what to look for. Dont get hung up on fee structure. Look for quality not discounts. Ask important questions and hire a company who is relatively close to the property. Visit their business and make sure they are clean and well organized. Talk to some local real estate groups and get some recommendations. Good Luck Melissa
