Syndication And Vacation /Short Term rental

Hi, I am curious about the idea of syndicating a Multi-Family property, and then performing(separate entity)as a management company that rents the property out for short term/ vacation rentals.

I would love to hear from people who have done it before, and/or people who have heard about it.
