Is any being hassled by Hud on renters?

Hey guys this is my first post. I am a real estate investor and I have 10 doors. I am also a Realtor. I ran into a client today who feels like he is being picked on by HUD. I don't know all the details but he wants to know if people are experiencing a ramp up in enforcement of renter laws?
