Cook County Tax Redemption (Chicago, Illinois)

I have a lead on a Cook County tax foreclosure (2 year owner redemption is up in 15 days): how can I as an outside investor, get the actual redemption amount required so I can gauge my offer (or can only the homeowner get this?) to the owner? 

I understand that may be a small fee to gather this information?
