Rental Properties in Calgary and Surrounding Area

Hello Investing Community,

I am just in the process of closing a deal in Calgary for a older property in a nice neighborhood. We plan to suite the basement to help supplement the mortgage and expenses. We are looking to begin building out and adding to our rental property portfolio in the future. Just wanted to reach out to anyone in my area that I can network with, learn from and share my experiences. What are some areas that people are focusing on for rental properties in this area?
