Handyman bought this, started to remodel and ran out of money.   Needs complete remodel, down to the studs.  

All demo work is done.  Plumbing is done, some electric is done.  1 unit has insulation and drywall.  All units need fixtures, flooring, finishing. Siding is on site, just needs to be installed on 1 side.  

Lots of materials on site, windows, lazy susans, a tub, etc.  this project just needs a vision, and someone to organize and finish the work.
