Hello, introduction. I am a broker in Los Angeles

Hi. I'm a real estate broker. A partner of mine and I are looking to start a 6-9 lot SFR development in an up-in-coming area in Los Angeles, CA. We've flipped property before but this will be our first develop of new property. We've taken the first steps to secure the land. Most of the research is almost done, so we are nearing the step where we need to raise money. I'm going to talk with an attorney next week or so, to begin the process. I came here on a recommendation from another realtor. I've started to lurk in the forums recently and its been pretty educational. I'm excited by what I've seen here so far.
