Real estate advice needed in Holyoke MA
Looking for any investors out there with property in the Holyoke Ma area. I have been analyzing the returns in that area and see them as quite high relative to properties we have in the Worcester and southern nh areas. Anyone with success or horror stories in the area would be very helpful. Areas to avoid etc.

Anecdotally, the area to avoid is Holyoke. I have no hard facts, just that the tenant base is very tough, and that long term holds can drain your soul and wallet. Not to mention the 2 hour drive from Beverly when there is no traffic, 3+ during traffic.
