Newbie from Castaic, Santa Clarita, CA

Hello All!

I am a newbie from Castaic, Santa Clarita, CA and I joined BP in October but I have been actively listening to the podcasts and reading as much as I can to learn about REI.

I work an interesting job as I do not have a 9-5, but I currently work (for W-2 purposes) in the Motion Picture/Television Industry.  My work hours vary from week to week and also day to day, depending on what project I am working on.

I guess as a newbie, with no prior experience and who is currently renting, my first goal is to get my first small family unit. I will go on from there as my goals change, but for now I'm just looking to get my first deal.

I am excited to get started on my Real Estate investing journey and look forward to meeting you!
