Hi, I am about to put an offer on a house on the MLS for $80k and about $50-60 Rehab with an ARV of $279. There is alot of play and I will need to meet the asking price in my market if not more. But sense there is so much play, how much do I offer? Any insight would be appreciated!

Tim

The asking price has no bearing on what price the bank will accept.  Also, someone needs to know how many mtgs/liens are on the property, and if the buyer may have to chip in add'l money above the purchase price to get the deal closed.
