New member from Central California (Hanford/Lemoore)

Hi Everyone!

I am a fairly new real estate agent from Hanford CA. I have worked in title research and a few other areas of real estate in the past and decided to focus on sales as a source of education (and income) for my own investments. I have one rental and plan to pick up a muli-family within the next year.

I am an art enthusiast in my free time. I finished an M.A. in art history last year with plans to teach. If you are familiar with CA's current education plight, you understand why I am focusing on real estate full time.
