FHA, 203k loans and 401k investing.

Hey everyone! Its my first day here on BP. Super newbie. I have a few questions regarding FHA and 203k loans. First question is has anyone used their 401k to finance the down payment? If so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also I am looking to speak to someone who specializes in these types of loans who could answer some other random questions. Looking to invest in 2,3, or 4 unit multi-family in the Tacoma/ Pierce county area of WA. I'd really appreciate the help.
