New in San Antonio and to BiggerPockets

Im glad that I found BiggerPockets, from listening to the podcasts its good to know that im not the only one thats more than a little nervous starting out. Even writing out this introduction is out of my comfort zone.

My family and I just moved to the area a few months ago and I want/need to start my investment journey. Found BiggerPockets almost as soon as we got here and sighned up. As I was going through the podcasts, I came accross Brandon's "90 challenge" and now im ready to get started. Any words of advice would be more than welcomed.
