Hello!

I am moving to the Fayetteville, NC area and would like to start building my Real Estate team. I am looking to buy, rehab, rent a SFR or small multi-family unit. Below are some of my parameters. If you are a RE agent that has a pulse on the area and is knowledgeable about investment properties (specifically fixer-uppers), I'd love to work with you!

LOCATION: Rockfish/Jack Britt areas of Fayetteville (Seventy-First Classical & Jack Britt high school districts)

SIZE: Generally 3/2; 12,000-2,000 SF

PRICE: $90k INCLUDING closing costs and rehab (be prepared to make low offers!)
