What's the worst question your contractor can ask you?
My business partner that is currently in charge of our Nashville remodel just hit me with this Sunday morning riddle. The icing on the cake is that it was our current contractor that asked this question. Figured it's about time to ask for some quality contractor recommendations in the Nashville Metro area. We are somewhat price agnostic, just looking for someone quality that can do a cosmetic rehab and install HVAC into a triplex in Germantown.
Oh yeah, the answer to the riddle: "Can I sleep over in the property until the job is done?"
