Good evening fellow members. I would like to get you all's insight on a few things. What criteria do you want your Real Estate Agent, Contractor, Attorney, and CPA to meet when you are screening them to join your team? Also,when creating your LLC, do you all hold your properties under one or multiple LLCs? If so or not why?
