Hi BP,

I am fairly new here. I've been listening to the podcasts and reading books regarding REI. Concurrently, I've been looking in areas outside of CA and am curious about Arkansas. I would love to get to know your thoughts on investing there. More specifically, I would love to talk to local investors, brokers, PM's and bankers.
