How do you to find friendly title company ?

I just started doing wholesaler deals and I am having trouble finding a friendly title company in the Dallas Fort Worth , Texas area. Does anyone knows of one? Thank you very much..

@Nadjib Rusangwa I say this without trying to offend, but if you walked into just one title company (without a deal to bring them in hand) I am not surprised you haven't found a title company yet. You haven't searched. Going to just one place isn't going to get you far. I want this to encourage and motivate you. Find a deal. There are thousands (yes probably a thousand) of title company offices in North Texas. You aren't doing something new. Focus on getting a deal and figure out the title company later. I know that you probably want to have all your ducks in a row but you are wasting time trying to figure out step 4 before you have done steps one through three. Get out there, knock on doors, and find someone in need of selling their home quick and for dirt cheap.
