Just Joined from San Francisco Bay Area California!

Hello Everyone,

For the past 3 years I have been working in the Real Estate business as a Loan Officer and a Real Estate Agent helping buyers with the purchase of their homes.

During this time, I have persistently been reading books, attending seminars and preparing to break into the Investing side of Real Estate. My areas of interest are income producing properties, SFR and Multi-Unit, as well as land Development and Commercial Properties including Office Buildings, and Retail Strip Malls.

For the past few months now I have been looking for a Mentor who can teach me the ways of true investing. I am very coachable, motivated, and highly desire to become an investor. So if anyone can suggest ideas, or know of anyone willing to teach I would greatly appreciate it any info.

I also would like to be able to network with investors nearby this area, or that have experience in the above mentioned branches of the business.

I know how to find deals usually about 30% Below Value or more, and I definitely know my areas, so if any of you are ever interested in an investment opportunity here in the bay area, please don't hesitate to contact me, I can refer you a deal and even offer to help along the way.
