Marketing in a Sellers Market
Does anyone have any recommendations for effective marketing methods in this hot real estate climate? I'm familiar with driving for dollars and direct mail marketing. I just want to know how people have adapted to this market so that I might also be able to acclimate.

The main way people have adapted is simply more volume, as has been said on other threads you can't convince someone to sell their home and you should be running the most efficient lists always so the only thing left is accepting that it may take more volume.
