creative financing on a duplex to do Airbnb

Hi, Have an opportunity to purchase a duplex in a eastern US Shore town. Need to be creative with the purchase and terms. How should the structure look? Credit is not horrible but weak. No down money to place. Should be a consistant cash flow property. Thanks for any advice in advance.
