Lawn care and cleaning services in Chicago?

I own and manage a 3 unit rental property in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago. I'm looking for a company or vendor that can provide basic lawn maintenance and clean up once per month. I've spoken to a few lawn care companies but none of them provide a cleaning service (basic trash and debris that accumulate in the yard over time), just mowing. 

Does anyone here use a service for cleaning and lawn maintenance? Any recommendations?
