Multifamily Homes in Fayetteville NC
Hi my name is Christian. Currently house hacking my first SFR until I can rent it. I am interested in multi family homes to buy and hold. Hard to find those ideal duplex buildings under market value in my area. I have no experience in flipping, is a turn key building a good way to go? I am hoping to find someone who has broken the surf I know I have plenty to learn but I can only read so many more books until I have to just get that first deal under my belt.

@Christian Verges I have 2 duplexes for sale in Spring Lake that would make great buy & holds for you especially with some built-in owner financing. I'd do the deal myself but I feel I'm too far away to manage it (in Charlotte) but could definitely provide guidance if you wanted to do the deal
