Best time of year to sell

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of evaluating some properties to do a flip on and am putting together a timeline to complete renovations by. Based on my plan, it would put me somewhere in the November/December months to sell. Considering the holidays and people spending more money on parties and gifts, I was wondering if this would make it too hard to sell the property/would drive the price down due to lack of activity? Has anyone had better luck selling properties at a certain time of the year?

@James Brunetto, jr spring into early summer is the best time to sell. It's not that you cant sell in Nov or Dec, but expect longer days on market or slightly lower pricing.
