New Illinois Broker Looking For Lead Ideas
Long time reader but first-time poster. I just wanted to say hi to everyone in this wonderful community. Also, I Just got my broker license in my hometown in the suburbs of Chicago. Any tips for a new broker? Maybe any unconventional ways of finding leads? Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this and even respond!

@Stephen Kolozsi Welcome and congrats. Offer to sit open houses for agents with several listings and try to pick up buyer leads.
